A catch-all email mailbox is one that gathers all the email messages sent to inactive addresses. For example, if your address is info@domain.com, but somebody miswrites it and sends an email message to inof@domain.com, it will still be received in the catch-all mailbox that you have created. Just one single mailbox per domain can have this feature activated and in this way you will never miss emails because the other side has an obsolete address or has made a typographical error. The negative aspect of using a catch-all mailbox is that you may begin receiving plenty of unsolicited bulk email messages, but this problem can be fixed by using an anti-spam filtering solution. It is also crucial to know that a mailbox with an active catch-all feature cannot redirect inbound email messages to a 3rd-party email address.

All the email addresses that you have created will be displayed in this section in alphabetical order and you will simply need to click the "Catch-all" button for the concrete address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or choose another mailbox. With only a single click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option through the context menu that will surface. If any of the preconditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will let you know, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
